We help clients figure out what to say, how to say it and who needs to hear it. That can mean developing a communications strategy, earning media coverage, engaging communities and stakeholders, managing a difficult issue, turning pages of notes into three clear ideas, helping an executive find their voice or bringing a major event from concept to execution.

Founder Susan Decker brings more than 20 years of experience in strategic communications, public relations, community outreach and engagement, media, writing and events. Her work spans real estate and economic development, hospitality, nonprofits, healthcare, civic initiatives and other organizations navigating growth, change or complex communications challenges.

There isn't a formula for every client, and we don't pretend there is. We listen first, ask questions, understand the audience and determine what will actually move the work forward.

Sometimes it's a communications plan. Sometimes it's bringing residents, businesses and community partners to the table. Sometimes it's a media pitch, a speech, a LinkedIn post, a crisis response or an event. And sometimes it's solving a problem nobody expected to land on the communications person's desk.
